In our experience in number of claims particularly complex/specialize cover are denied, for lack of understanding by the client, surveyor, insurer or disconnect between the people in the claim process.
This may be due to any of the following reasons:-
- Quality of Policy
- Lack of understanding of how the cover operates.
- Incorrect Presentation.
- Misinterpretation by the Customer/Surveyor/Insurer.
- Non-coordination between the people handling the claim.
We have successfully handled a number of such claims and recovered the adequate claim amount through judicial process and in most of cases with interest.
